Dear Westerford parents, thank you for purchasing through the online store. There are a few points that we want to highlight when you place an online order. The online order will only be processed once payment has been received. This prompt the production process to start the order. The default lead time for an online order is normally 2-3 weeks. During periods of high demand or shortage of raw material when normal inventory cannot not cover the supply, the lead time might increase to a longer period.
Once your order is fulfilled, we will deliver it to the school’s reception area. The ladies at the front desk will notify you via sms or email to collect the order. Currently we are experiencing a higher demand than usual for jackets and hoodies. Together with supply issues of raw material caused by the delays created at the Cape Town port, you will experience delays to complete your order.
